Dr. Jori N. Hall is an evaluator who works with stakeholders to provide responsive evaluation services. In consultation with stakeholders, her evaluation services include designing, monitoring, and evaluating program activities for educative and accountability purposes.

Dr. Hall’s responsive evaluation work primarily utilizes qualitative methods to comprehensively document participant experiences and program outcomes. Her work is implemented in various program contexts and designed to meet funding requirements.  

Mission and Vision

Dr. Hall’s mission is to conduct evaluations that are designed to address the cultural, educational, health, social, and economic needs of communities—particularly those from marginalized populations.

Her vision is to improve the welfare of all people through systematic inquiry, implementing responsive strategies that inform decision-making, contribute to program development, and promote public-policy reform.
